To improve annual client meeting attendance and to create excitement about the meeting.

Our Solution:

Developed an integrated direct mail and email campaign targeted to previous and new attendees that increased meeting registration by 61 percent over the previous year!

The program included:

  • A mini-Web site to promote the meeting and create a better user experience by providing secure, online registration
  • A cleansed and updated master database with client preferences for future efforts
  • An incentive program to drive early registration

This campaign was awarded a Benny for direct marketing excellence in the newly created CRM category by the Philadelphia Direct Marketing Association!
